About the role
A rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm with an established reputation in employment and consumer class action litigation is expanding its practice seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. Recognized as a leader in plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, the firm represents employees and consumers in high-impact cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries. The firm's practice focuses on the prosecution of complex employment and consumer class actions, including matters involving wage-and-hour violations, PAGA claims, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. With a strong track record of securing significant recoveries on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers, the firm maintains an active and robust caseload in both state and federal courts.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois.
- 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including:
- Written discovery and discovery strategy
- Motion practice
- Court appearances and oral advocacy
- Taking and defending depositions
- Case management and client interaction
- Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation.

Pay
Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 per year
