Responsibilities

  • Represent employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues
  • Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions
  • Participate in hearings, mediations, and dispute resolution processes
  • Advise clients on employment-related issues, including workplace policies and employee relations
  • Assist with compliance guidance and risk assessment related to employment laws
  • Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case development

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction you will practice
  • 2 to 5 years of labor and employment or general litigation experience
  • Experience handling employment-related disputes or advising management on employment matters
  • Familiarity with litigation processes, including discovery and motion practice
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment preferred
  • Strong academic background and demonstrated commitment to employment law

Pay

$175,000 - $220,000 per year
