The Labor and Employment Relations Manager is responsible for managing and administering all labor and employee relations activities within the district.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements
- Overseeing grievance and arbitration processes
- Conduct investigations
- Ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania and federal employment laws
- Supporting a fair and equitable work environment for all employees
