Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney - Mid to Senior Level Associate

About the role

The Labor and Employment Team at Procopio is seeking a Mid or Senior Level Associate with litigation experience to join their successful team in San Diego, Del Mar Heights, or Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage and hour class, PAGA and representative actions cases
• Participate in single plaintiff employment litigation
• Provide substantial client contact and practice development opportunities
• Comfortable with routine court appearances
• Experience in depositions and mediations

Requirements

• 4-8 years’ experience in employment litigation
• California bar admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and research skills
• Past experience in moot court or law review/journals
• Judicial clerkship helpful

Pay

Typical salary range is from $165,000 to $250,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
