Overview Of The Role The position is focused on supporting newly graduated registered nurses through a comprehensive 16-week Labor & Birth Nurse Residency Program. It offers personalized orientation, hands-on simulation experiences, evidence-based education, and dedicated mentorship from experienced clinicians to develop skills in maternal and newborn care, fetal monitoring, emergency response, and patient advocacy.
