Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and support mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams to ensure quality care.
- Perform fetal monitoring, administer medications and IV therapies.
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
- Provide patient and family education on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience or knowledge in obstetric and neonatal care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in labor support, fetal monitoring, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
