Labeling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in testing activities for new process functionalities.
• Standardize and streamline labeling processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement service and quality improvements.
• Cook up urgent project requests within the Design Operations stream.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers, resolving issues and clarifying processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for new transitions and system implementations.
• Conduct data analysis and develop reports to support decision-making.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with workflow solutions and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in the IT sector, particularly in Design Operations or related fields.
• Knowledge of ISO and Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards.
