Labeling Associate

Responsibilities

• Apply labels to bags, jars, and other packaging by hand or using basic equipment.
• Inspect finished products for alignment, quality, and consistency.
• Prepare products for packing and shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow daily production instructions and priorities.
• Communicate any issues with materials, labels, or equipment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable standing and working with your hands for extended periods.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Nice to have: Experience with packaging, labeling, or fulfillment work; Familiarity with small production environments; Comfortable working independently once trained.
