Responsibilities
- Pulling and releasing labeling materials for the production and packaging departments.
- Maintaining and complying with cGMP standards.
- Monitoring changes in processes, schedules, and documentation.
- Communicating with manufacturing personnel regarding production requirements.
- Identifying required materials and creating movements of those materials using SAP P83 barcode tags.
- Retrieving batch records from Document Control for review.
- Issuing materials according to FIFO, SOP, and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts.
- Producing new sequentially numbered tray tags for the Production Departments.
- Maintaining an inventory of tags for various Production Departments, including Segregation, Sampling, and Filter tags.
- Completing company training requirements using LIFT within prescribed time frames.
- Participating in and completing all company training requirements.
- Performing tasks and sharing in the overtime responsibilities as needed.
- Cooking and verifying all labeling components for the Packaging Department in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- No previous experience required.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to perform mathematical calculations with a calculator.
- The ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently.
