LABA – Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst Snohomish, WA

Job Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Snohomish area.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• A current license as an LaBA in WA.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
