LABA – Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst Dupont, WA

Job Responsibilities

- Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the DuPont area. - Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans. - Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs). - Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions. - Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- A current license as an LaBA in WA. - Must pass a criminal background check. - Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
