Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) by ASCP or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and basic computer software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Skills

• Experience with laboratory techniques such as PCR, ELISA, cell culture, or microscopy.
• Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
