Job Summary

HonorVet Technologies (SDVOSB) provides specialized and scalable staffing solutions to various life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations. We support contract, direct hire, project-based, and consulting staffing needs across clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, quality control, medical affairs, manufacturing, validation, and scientific operations.

About the Role

This position is responsible for production support functions, including performance of moderately complex procedures/tasks in support of production goals and objectives according to established GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Performance of moderately complex procedures/tasks in support of production goals and objectives according to established GMP guidelines.
  • Hands on training in the operation of applicable laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of federal and other regulations, e.g. QSRs, ISO, ISO 13485, CMDR.
  • Knowledge and ability to use MS Office and other manufacturing systems.
  • Conscious of safety requirements and applicable material handling methods (including universal precautions for handling potentially bio-hazardous materials).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Currently attending a college or university and working toward achieving an AA/AS or BA/BS including laboratory coursework in biology, chemistry or related field.
  • Preferred experiential background: 0 to 2 years' experience.
  • Training in the operation of lab equipment and use of lab chemicals and tools.
