Job Summary
As a Lab Technician I, you will play a key role in supporting our chemical manufacturing operations by performing laboratory analyses, maintaining quality standards, and providing technical support to production teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your laboratory expertise while working with advanced analytical equipment and contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing production materials and interpreting data to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment while ensuring accurate laboratory records.
- Reporting test data and maintaining required documentation.
- Providing technical support to production staff to support operational excellence.
- Supporting special projects as assigned.
- Reviewing processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Associate's degree in STEM with 2 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years previous chemical manufacturing laboratory experience.
- LIMS experience.
- SAP experience.
- Experience with Auto Titrators, FTIR and relevant software (OMNIS, Tiamo, OMNIC).
- Wet Chemistry experience.

Pay and Schedule
- 12-hour shift schedule, rotating between day and night shifts, averaging 42 hours per week.
- A key feature of this schedule is a full 7-day consecutive break every four weeks.
