Qualifications
- Experience working with dental materials, equipment, instruments, etc.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Follow through with assignments, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain neat and accurate files and supplies.
- Ability to communicate and work with a diverse cultural community consisting of faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages).
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with other sections, e.g., Continuing Education, State Bard Coordinator, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ever-changing environment, shifting priorities, and adapt to noises in the laboratory.
- Demonstrated skill to take stock of supplies and to determine the need for ordering to ensure continuous availability.
- Ability to organize work activities, policies and procedures, operations in an understandable and logical manner.
- Working knowledge of computers (PC) with familiarity with software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and other database programs.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

- Bachelor's Degree BS or in related fields (Preferred)

Pay

Schedule
The position is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
