Responsibilities

  • Perform precise chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses for research, development, or quality control.
  • Aid in compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting experimental test results.
  • Follow established laboratory procedures and methods while working effectively within a self-directed team.
  • Identify operational issues or problems and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Maintain equipment and safely work in varied industrial environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of laboratory or technical environment experience.
  • Strong mechanical and chemical aptitude with experience in inspection procedures.
  • Solid understanding of basic scientific or engineering principles.
  • Computer literacy with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably around dust, dirt, and industrial fluids.

Preferred Background

  • Background in a physical chemistry lab or related coursework.
  • Experience with SEM, EDS, TOC analyzers, dissolved gases, or water treatment.
