Responsibilities
- Perform precise chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses for research, development, or quality control.
- Aid in compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting experimental test results.
- Follow established laboratory procedures and methods while working effectively within a self-directed team.
- Identify operational issues or problems and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Maintain equipment and safely work in varied industrial environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of laboratory or technical environment experience.
- Strong mechanical and chemical aptitude with experience in inspection procedures.
- Solid understanding of basic scientific or engineering principles.
- Computer literacy with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably around dust, dirt, and industrial fluids.
Preferred Background
- Background in a physical chemistry lab or related coursework.
- Experience with SEM, EDS, TOC analyzers, dissolved gases, or water treatment.
