Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of lab processes, including extraction, hydrocarbon post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation
• Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas
• Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor
• Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment
• Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC track-and-trace, and Odoo ERP
• Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment
• Keen ability to follow instructions and receive feedback
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with precision and care for delicate equipment

Pay

$30 - $35 per hour
