Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical testing on automotive components
  • Support validation and performance testing
  • Capture and document test data
  • Prepare test reports
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain lab organization
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with lab equipment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive development experience (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA)
  • GD&T knowledge
  • Experience with project tools
  • Ability to read schematics

Compensation Information

$24-29 per hour

About the Role
