Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical testing on automotive components
- Support validation and performance testing
- Capture and document test data
- Prepare test reports
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain lab organization
- Ensure safety and quality compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with lab equipment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive development experience (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA)
- GD&T knowledge
- Experience with project tools
- Ability to read schematics
