Lab Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, candidates with technical training, or individuals with 1–2 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience who are eager to grow their skills in a hands-on technical role.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipment to process and analyze samples
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate results
• Record, analyze, and report testing data
• Perform routine equipment checks, calibrations, and basic maintenance
• Absorb troubleshooting laboratory instruments and systems
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Monitor laboratory inventory and help coordinate supply replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, environmental, and security requirements
• Work closely with team members to support daily laboratory operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associate degree, technical certification, or college coursework in a science-related field
• Experience using laboratory or analytical equipment
• Experience working in a regulated or quality-focused environment
