About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Leads teams of carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Supervise day-to-day operations on-site
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Construction management software proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Schedule
