Lab Technician - 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
- All aspects of product testing
- Ingredient screening
- Sanitation monitoring
- Loss control prevention
- QA/QC of equipment
- Record keeping and report generation
- Communication of quality standards
- Direction of blending/standardizing operations
Requirements
- Education in Food Science or related field preferred
- Or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Lab Experience Preferred
Physical Requirements
- Mostly standing and sitting
- Some walking
- Bending and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Pay
\$27.74/hr. - \$29.86/hr. plus applicable shift differential.
Schedule
3rd Shift (11pm - 7am)
Schedule flexibility required \-- willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shift, as required based on business needs.
