Lab Technician - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
- Perform lab tests to verify product quality and safety.
- Conduct audits and process control checks (weights, batch sheets, FSMA inspections).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment.
- Follow all Food Safety policies and regulatory requirements (SQF, GMP, FSMA).
- Instrumentation & Testing: Titrations, bacterial culturations, pH, viscosity, color testing, sensory evaluations, moisture content, and more.
Qualifications
- Science degree OR related lab experience (open to new grads!)
- 1+ year of quality experience in manufacturing preferred
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | Night Shift
Up to $23/hour + overtime (1.5x pay)
