About the role
Location: Waco, Texas. Category: Scientific. Employment: Contract. Worksite: On‑Site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample receipt and testing of samples and input data into computer application.
- Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products.
- Perform some data interpretation.
- Apply good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech.
- Operate analytical equipment (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter) – preferred.
- Exhibit good problem‑solving skills.
- Possess computer skills and good communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 0‑3+ years of laboratory experience.
- Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Basic lab instrumentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry or Associate’s degree.
- Attention to detail.
- Well‑organized GMP laboratory setting experience.
