About the role

Join a supportive laboratory team where you'll perform routine testing on donor samples, analyze results, operate laboratory equipment, and help ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing using manual and automated methods.
• Interpret and analyze test results against established controls.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Complete quality control and preventive maintenance activities.
• Document testing and maintenance activities accurately.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, and all safety regulations.
• Use laboratory information systems to track and manage samples.
• Collaborate with team members to support quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related science field.
• Up to 2 years of laboratory experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• MLT/MT certification and Tennessee licensure accepted.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and testing procedures.
• Comfortable using computers and learning laboratory information systems.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Consistent Monday‑Friday schedule with no on‑call responsibilities.
