Responsibilities

• Configure and monitor lab-oriented software within quality and production labs
• Coordinate with lab software vendors to maintain licenses and version control
• Follow lab device in/out protocols and conduct audits on installed applications
• Manage software inventory and liaise with vendors for upgrades or alternative products
• Test new software versions and document their effects on infrastructure
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Windows devices
• Utilize SCCM for application deployment, patch management, OS deployment, client/server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Create collections, packages, and applications within SCCM
• Install and administer Microsoft System Configuration Manager (2007-2012)
• Handle SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and resolve SCCM-related issues
• Design and manage SCCM administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, and installers
• Support Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
• Serve as a point of contact for proactive technical engagements
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, including after-hours and weekend support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

$65,000 - $70,000 a year
