Lab System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge
Experience in a GxP environment (Life Sciences domain)
JAMF, Windows 11, Windows 10
JAFM to manage Apple devices
Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot
Rescue LogMeIn, ServiceNow, Zoom
Microsoft SCCM (preferred) with advanced application deployment, patch management, OS deployment, client/server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting

Configure and monitor lab‑oriented software within quality and production labs
Coordinate with lab software vendors, maintain licenses and version control
Follow lab device in‑and‑out protocols and conduct audits of applications installed on lab machines/devices
Manage software inventory and liaise with vendors for upgrades or alternative products
Test new software versions, assess impact on infrastructure, and produce logs/reports
Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage Windows devices
Administer SCCM 2007 & 2012, including collections, packages, applications, and client installation
Perform SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and resolve SCCM issues
Utilize WSUS and other patching tools
Support Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
Serve as point of contact for proactive technical engagements
Work independently and as a team member; meet deadlines; be available after hours and occasional weekends as required

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
