Lab Supervisor III

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Packaging Engineering Lab Manager to support the development and testing of packaging solutions for innovative consumer products. In this role, you'll own lab operations, conduct package testing, build prototypes, evaluate new materials, and partner with engineers to investigate failures and drive packaging improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle, helping bring new products from concept to production.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in packaging development or package testing
• Hands-on experience with ISTA, ASTM D4169, or similar testing standards
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and technical reporting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ArtiosCAD, 3D CAD, or 3D printing
• Knowledge of cushioning, vibration, and impact mitigation solutions
• Experience supporting global teams and suppliers
