LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV

About the role

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to understand upcoming change requirements within Medical Device design documentation. Partner with engineering teams to execute design changes effectively and efficiently. Advance strategic initiatives and support special projects to improve laboratory operations and product development processes. Develop and apply fundamental project management skills to support global laboratory activities. Create and maintain accurate project tracking tools and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience with design assurance, Design Control, or Change Management in product engineering environments.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and proficiency with relevant systems.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all work outputs.
