Manufacturing Support Technician About The Role Join a team dedicated to supporting the production of innovative cellular therapies that help improve patients' lives. As a Manufacturing Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing operations have the materials, equipment, and support needed to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, you will help maintain the flow of materials and equipment essential to life-changing therapies. Key Responsibilities Perform sanitization, preparation, and staging of materials, components, consumables, and manufacturing equipment within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment while following established SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety guidelines.Operate sanitization equipment and execute sanitization processes to ensure materials are compliant and available for manufacturing operations.Prepare, label, stage, and transfer sanitized materials into controlled manufacturing environments according to approved procedures.Support daily, weekly, and monthly sanitization schedules to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing activities.Complete and review logbooks and controlled documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.Maintain accurate records of sanitization cycles, equipment usage, and material traceability.Support inventory management and material flow activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Materials Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, and Development teams to support efficient operations.Identify and escalate equipment, process, and quality concerns, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, planning, and teamwork abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience working in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.Experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, warehouse, or other regulated industries. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours).Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Ability to work one weekend day per week.Availability for rotating holiday coverage.Ability to gown appropriately and gain entry into controlled manufacturing environments.
