About the role

Eberbach Corporation is seeking candidates to join our team. We are a company with over 150 years of experience in the scientific community, specializing in the design and manufacture of laboratory equipment known for reliability and ease of use. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing high-quality lab mixers, shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers, with the ability to engineer and manufacture custom solutions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and manufacturing of lab mixers and related equipment.
• Assist in the design and build of equipment with options including large/small volume mixing, fixed/variable speed, variable speed digital display with digital countdown timer, OEM builds, and stainless steel models.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop specific solutions for customer needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product reliability and ease of use.
• Engage with the scientific community to understand and address emerging research requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment focused on continuous duty laboratory equipment.
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or scientific product development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory equipment or scientific processes is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer service.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
