Responsibilities
- Manufacture various products according to standards at Mohawk Labs
- Manage and maintain assets in the area including equipment, controls, operating supplies, and inventory control
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the organization
- Clean, operate, and maintain equipment in the area including totes, pumps, mixing vessels, and raw material lines as needed
- Read, interpret, and execute specifications from work orders
- Manufacture batches based on work orders
- Provide detailed paperwork to maintain inventory accuracy
- Plan and perform batch setup and changeover processes
- Pour and weigh raw materials as needed
- Handle hazardous waste and control waste stream/flow
- Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally move drums up to 400 lbs.
- Perform other related duties as required
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
