Responsibilities

• Manufacture various products according to standards at Mohawk Labs
• Manage and maintain assets in the area including equipment, controls, operating supplies, and inventory control
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the organization
• Clean, operate, and maintain equipment in the area including totes, pumps, mixing vessels, and raw material lines as needed
• Read, interpret, and execute specifications from work orders
• Manufacture batches based on work orders
• Provide detailed paperwork to maintain inventory accuracy
• Plan and perform batch setup and changeover processes
• Pour and weigh raw materials as needed
• Handle hazardous waste and control waste stream/flow
• Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally move drums up to 400 lbs.
• Perform other related duties as required

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
