What You Will Do Manage day-to-day lab operations including inventory, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.Lead procurement for new instrumentation, from initial sourcing through installation and commissioning.Design and implement operational systems and processes to scale wet lab capabilities. The ideal candidate Proven experience managing a lab within a tech-bio or AI-for-biology environment.Deep expertise in instrumentation procurement and vendor management for specialized equipment.Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment as a primary owner.
