Lab Associate
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory processes.
- Measure, weigh, and document materials and laboratory activities accurately.
- Follow GMP regulations, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Set up, operate, and monitor laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Record process parameters, observations, and production data.
- Support laboratory testing and manufacturing activities through accurate documentation and data collection.
- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and routine maintenance activities.
- Handle and transport raw materials in accordance with safety procedures.
- Maintain laboratory records, logs, and batch documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Auxiliary with general laboratory support activities as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience following SOPs and accurately documenting activities, measurements, and process parameters.
- Strong math skills and ability to perform basic calculations involving weights and measurements.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and demonstrated work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
- Experience working in cleanroom settings.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and following established safety procedures.
- Associate's degree or coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field is a plus.

The role involves handling chemicals and supporting regulated manufacturing processes. Some lifting of raw materials may be required, with team assistance available as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
