Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a phlebotomist, responsible for sample processing, exempt screening, and monitoring tests in compliance with CMS (CLIA '88), OSHA, and other regulations. Perform venipunctures, obtain and prepare blood specimens following established policies and procedures. Assist technical staff with non-clinical tasks to support efficient laboratory operations.
