Lab Assistant - Engineering/Automation Robotics

About the role

Support Staff (Lab Assistant) responsible for preparing and maintaining classroom materials, assisting instructors and students during lab activities, and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with lab setup, equipment, and supply management
• Supporting students during skill application and answering questions
• Helping with classroom preparations, paperwork, and equipment setup
• Following instructor guidelines and adhering to policies and dress code
• Performing miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Engineering/Automation Robotics and lab equipment operation
• Knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Arizona Driver License, fingerprint clearance, TB test, and immunizations
• Effective communication skills in English and research internet use

Pay

$15.50 per hour

Schedule

Variable hours up to 19.5 hours per week
