About the role

This is a fully onsite role based at our GMP Laboratory in Middleton, WI. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily laboratory operations by ensuring clean, inspected, and properly stocked glassware is readily available for laboratory teams.
  • Performs glassware collection, washing, drying, inspection, restocking, and inventory activities within a highly regulated clinical/GMP environment.
  • Maintains glassware washing equipment and organized work areas while responding to laboratory requests and supporting deliveries across campus.
  • Performs all activities accurately, safely, and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and laboratory policies.
  • Performs any or all Glassware Washing functions to include oversight and performance of a variety of complex standard tasks and daily tasks in support of the Glassware Washing department.
  • Aids/fulfills lab requests for glassware via email/RAM requests.
  • Restocks lab cabinets with properly washed/inspected glassware.
  • Maintains glass wash units to ensure proper functionality.
  • Maintains 5S within glass wash rooms.
  • Assists with monthly glassware inventory.
  • Provides daily metrics and other required departmental statistics.
  • Delivers/picks up glassware across campus, when required.

Requirements

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-Time; Monday-Friday 2-10PM CT
