Substantial litigation experience is required and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. Trade secret, covenants not to compete, pay equity or class action experience a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction where they are located.
