L3 MSP Engineer

About the role

Midnight Blue is looking for a Level 3 Engineer who will complete diverse projects, manage client networks, resolve technical incidents, and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Project Work - Be a primary resource on various technology initiatives
• Sales Engineering - Network and security recommendations and scoping
• Troubleshooting - Provide root cause analysis and solutions to ongoing issues
• Documentation - Create processes and record client environments accurately

Requirements

• Routing and Switching - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Virtualization - VMware, Hyper-V
• Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Endpoint Security - EDR tools and MDM platforms
• Network Security - Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies
• Cloud Migrations - Full migration and hybrid solutions
• Microsoft Technologies - Sharepoint and M365

Pay
