L2 Lead (Full-stack) Supply Chain

About the role

Onsite L2 Tech Lead (Full-Stack) focused on Supply Chain, responsible for setting technical direction, driving consensus, and leading enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for a team and drive cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support.
• Build maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing in an enterprise environment.
• Improve quality through code reviews, testing, rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
• Lead as a technical architect across one or multiple domains.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows for measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Golang) or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (Angular, Redux, React, Node, or Swift).
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• In-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain functional domain.

Skills

• Full-stack development with MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Hands-on coding and technical leadership.

Pay

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $173,800, depending on geographical location, skills, and experience.
