L1 Help Desk Support
About the role
Our team is seeking qualified help desk technicians to support one of the largest, most collaborative enterprise service desks in the defense space. You will be responsible for providing remote support via phone, email, text, and virtual software to millions of global end users.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support via phone, email, text, and virtual software to millions of global end users.
- Resolve technical problems (Tier 1) and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Document all customer interactions within a ticketing system.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Current DoD 8570 IAT I/II Certification (i.e. CompTIA - A+, Net+, or Sec+)
- Past DOD experience is a plus
- Communication and teamwork skills are essential
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
- Transitioning veterans and military spouses have had tremendous success in the organization

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sierra Vista, AZ.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.53 - $27.53/hr.
