Position Overview

We are hiring both entry-level (L1) and mid-level (L2) Data Center Technicians to support ongoing infrastructure and cabling operations.

L1 Data Center Technician (Entry-Level)

• Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
• Perform hardware installs including racking and stacking servers and network gear
• Run and label copper and fiber cabling
• Follow operational checklists to monitor environment and equipment
• Escalate issues and learn from experienced team members

L2 Data Center Technician (Intermediate-Level)

• Lead MAC work and ensure adherence to cabling and racking standards
• Perform independent rack & stack and structured cabling tasks
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (including fiber diagnostics)
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on deployments and upgrades
• Support infrastructure expansions and improvements

Required Skills (Both Levels)

• Data center or hands-on hardware experience
• Rack and stack / server installation
• Copper and/or fiber cabling
• Strong troubleshooting mindset

Nice to Have Experience

• In large-scale or enterprise data center environments
• Exposure to structured cabling standards
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or documentation practices

This is a Contract position based out of Papillion, NE.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility Requirements Apply To Some Benefits And May Depend On Your Job Classification And Length Of Employment.
