Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and functionality.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and diagnose problems with the Services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with web-based applications and databases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

Skills

• Proficient in web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with standard 40-hour workweek.
