Responsibilities include:Managing assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusionDrafting clear, persuasive position statementsResponding to agency requests for information and related inquiriesCommunicating directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matterRepresenting clients in remote mediations and settlement discussionsUtilizing the firm's data‑driven technology platform and specialized workflows to ensure efficiency and high‑quality serviceCollaborating with a national team of experienced labor & employment attorneysThis role does not involve courtroom litigation or business generation.
