About the Role
Provide care to women during labor and childbirth, monitoring both mother and baby, assisting doctors, and coaching mothers through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare women and families for labor
- Support them through delivery
- Assist with postpartum care such as breastfeeding
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and likely AWHONN
Skills
- Strong patient care
- Communication and clinical skills to support mothers and babies during childbirth
