About the role
Seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN to provide exceptional care in a high-volume setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns, collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes, and float to Post-Partum units as needed. You will utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns

- Document using the EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment
- Active Iowa RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
- NRP certification
- Experience with high-risk, high-acuity cases in a busy delivery center (200-300 deliveries/month)
- Comfort in floating to Post-Partum units
