About the role

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Lead to oversee night shift operations, provide clinical supervision, and ensure adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift team in labor and delivery
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Participate in staff training and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a labor and delivery setting
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, including charge nurse experience
• Current certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• All certifications obtained within the past 2 years

• Ability to guide a healthcare team in delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns
