L&D RN - Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the team
• Ensure clinical protocol adherence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in staff training

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Charge nurse experience
• Required certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within the last 2 years
