Job Responsibilities
- Partners with trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop instructional materials and course designs.
- Enhances existing courses based on participant feedback and supports the creation of supplemental training materials.
- Creates, modifies, and enhances job aids, participant guides, pre- and post-work assignments, assessments, and course activities using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Articulate Rise.
- Researches and develops learning outcome–specific curriculum using the ADDIE model to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs for both Operations and Support Center associates using ROI and the Kirkpatrick evaluation framework.
- Supports and conducts focus groups and stakeholder interviews to gather feedback, identify training needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Analyzes qualitative insights to inform curriculum updates, improve learner engagement, and align future training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Creates and updates documents for accreditation, such as Learning Design Documents and catalogs, to ensure alignment with GO Class content and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in learning and development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
- Successfully completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500/per year Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
