Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to define training needs and outcomes
• Conduct needs assessments to align training with business goals
• Design curricula and instructional materials using recognized methodologies
• Simplify complex technical information for varied audiences
• Develop content for different learning formats including ILT and e-learning
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance knowledge retention
• Ensure effective delivery and compliance of training programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in a technical or defense setting
• Ability to work with SMEs to develop structured learning paths
• Strong grasp of instructional design models like ADDIE and adult learning theories
• Proven project management skills for training programs
• Experience creating training content across various formats
