About the role

Provide comprehensive flight training for aspiring pilots in various aircraft types including private, instrument, commercial, sport, and multi-engine ratings. Offer both ground and flight instruction tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach students the fundamentals of flying, including takeoffs, landings, and emergency procedures.
• Prepare students for FAA certification exams in private pilot, instrument rating, commercial pilot, and multi-engine ratings.
• Ensure safety and proficiency in all training sessions.
• Develop lesson plans based on student progress and FAA guidelines.
• Assist students in obtaining necessary endorsements and certifications.

Requirements

• A valid pilot's license with appropriate ratings.
• Experience teaching aviation subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a background check and meet FAA medical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and policies.

Pay
